I have always, and still offer free repairs. Use some padding or bubble wrap to send to address below with $4 for return shipping. Get the free tracking number at the PO counter as insurance.

I ship via USPS so add in $4, orders usually go out within a day after payment. Invoice is emailed through my secure Square credit card account or checks are accepted too.
